Miles Davis / Smokin’
I honestly don’t have much knowledge about Miles Davis and his smoking habit.
Did he smoke everyday? Did he like to smoke only when he performed on stage, or spent time in the studio? Or was the jazz legend blazing through a pack or more every day? Do we know what brand he preferred?
It’s funny, but when I think of Miles Davis, it’s almost never ever as someone who smoked. Sure, I’ve seen plenty of photographs of him with a cigarette, but the idea of the jazz icon as a ‘smoker’ just never sticks in my mind.
